Our apartment In Los Cristianos
and the important stuff you need to know.
We operate a simple pricing policy for our 2 bed holiday apartment in Los Cristianos:
Jan – March £550 per week
May – June £475 per week
July – Sept £500 per week
Oct – Dec £475 per week
Christmas and New Year are only available as a 2 week booking at a cost of £1,400 for the two weeks.
Prices shown are for 4 people.
Additional cost of £25 pp/pw, (to a maximum of 6 people).
Once we receive your enquiry, we’ll write back to you with your confirmation.
Check-In & Check-Out
Check-In
The apartment will be cleaned and available for you by 2pm on the day of your arrival. Should you arrive before this time and the apartment for not been cleaned, you may leave your luggage in the apartment until cleaning is complete.
Check-Out
We request that the apartment is vacated by 11am on the day of departure, this allows us to clean ready for the next guests.
Please remove ALL rubbish and empty the waste bins and deposit them in the BASURA.
Late Departures
For guests with late flights it may be possible to arrange a late check-out. If you require this facility please contact us before you leave the UK. The charge for this option is £35, to cover the cost of our agents’ out of hours cleaning.
The availability will depend upon the arrival time of any incoming quests.
Deposit and Balance
Deposit
We require a £100 per week deposit, at the time of booking your apartment in Los Cristianos.
This deposit is non-refundable.
Balance
Payment of the full balance is due 8 weeks before your departure.
Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations within 8 weeks of arrival are non-refundable.
To cover this eventuality, please ensure that you have travel insurance in place well before 8 weeks before your departure.
In the unlikely event that you have to cancel and have to claim on your insurance, we can provide a cancellation invoice to support your claim
House Rules
We don’t really have House Rules as such, but what we would ask is that you leave the apartment in the condition you would expect to find it, as if it was your own home.
Linen
All towels and bed linen are changed weekly.
We would ask that you don’t use for the towels for the beach.
